You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. Please cancel your order through "Track and Manage my orders".

How do I modify or cancel an order?

Depending on the mail carrier, some tracking numbers will show a package as “delivered” when it first arrives at the local facility, rather than at your doorstep.

If your package doesn’t arrive to you after 3 business days of your tracking status showing “delivered,” please reach out to us at support@briogeohair.com.

Tracking says delivered but I haven't received it?

Domestic (United States) orders are delivered within 2-7 business days after the order has been processed. You can stay up to date with your order under 'Track and Manage my orders'.

When will I get my order?

You can return any eligible items by mail within 30 days of the original ship date for a full refund or store credit (minus applicable original order shipping fees). 

All returns will be made through our Return Portal. Eligible return items include new/unopened and gently used items

Items eligible for return with us must have been purchased directly on Briogeo.com. We are unable to receive returns or process exchanges on Briogeo products purchased from other retailer partners. Please contact the respective retailer’s customer service team directly for information on their return policy.

What is your return policy?

Some Buy with Prime orders are eligible for return through Amazon.com. To start a return, please follow the steps below
Open your Buy with Prime order confirmation email.
Choose 'View order' or 'Contact us.'
Select your support topic, and then choose 'Start Chat.'
When the chat starts, share details about your return request.
For eligible orders, you will receive a full refund as long as the returned items are in the same condition they were received and returned within the return window. Buy with Prime orders are covered by the Amazon Pay A-to-z Guarantee.
